c) Your IP address and unique mobile device identification numbers (such as your device ID, advertising ID, MAC address);

d) Data about your device, such as manufacturer, operating system, CPU, RAM, browser type and language;

e) Broad location data (e.g. country or city-level location);

g) Data (such as your nickname, profile picture) we receive if you link another provider's tool with the Service (such as Facebook, Google or Weibo);

Theotino uses personal data for various business purposes described in this privacy policy, including fulfilling our contractual obligations, completing requested transactions, complying with laws and other legitimate business purposes, such as:

  • Create your game account and allow yourself to play our games;
  • Manage, improve and optimize our services and player experience, including measuring interest in and participation in our services;
  • Processing payment cards and/or other financial information to facilitate your in-game purchases;
  • Identify and suggest contacts with other Theotino players and provide you with personalized services;
  • Allow players to communicate with each other;
  • Provide technical support and respond to player requests;
  • Verification and/or verification of personal identity;
  • To protect the safety and well-being of our players;
  • Protect Theotino's rights and property related to our services;
  • Solve technical problems, maintain and/or strengthen network and information security;

    In addition to the above, if you provide your email address to Theotino, we may use it to communicate with you and other players in various ways, including responding to customer support requests; let you and others know what activities you are playing, Friends' comments, in-game status and promotions, and information about neighbors' gifts and requests. Some messages (such as inviting friends to join the game) may contain your name and profile photo. We may also send promotional information directly or in conjunction with other parties ("Promotional Newsletters").     We may use technologies that are considered automatic decision-making or analysis, but we will not do so in a way that has a significant legal impact on you, unless we have your consent or the law allows us to do so.

We will respond to your email as soon as possible. Please note that certain records, for example those relating to payments or customer service matters, will be held for legal and accounting purposes. If you have previously allowed us to access your precise geolocation data or receive push notifications through your device, you can stop making precise geolocation available to us or receiving push notifications by visiting your mobile device's settings for the relevant Application or in some cases, through the Application itself.

    You have the right to obtain information from us about how we process your personal data, view a copy of any personal data we hold about you, and request that your personal data be modified, corrected or deleted from our system.
